A CO₂ laser can fit naturally into several points of an implant workflow. At second-stage surgery it offers a precise, hemostatic approach to uncovering implants, and it supports peri-implant soft-tissue management where a clean margin and good visualization matter.
Because the field stays largely free of bleeding, impression-taking and the transition to the prosthetic phase can proceed with clearer access. Used within proper protocols, the laser becomes one more instrument for shaping and maintaining healthy soft tissue around implants.
