Lodging and meals are pre-arranged. Here’s what DEKA covers, what you’ll arrange yourself, and what you’ll need on hand to register.

What’s included
- Lodging, meals, and onsite transportation within the registration dates.
- One hotel room for each doctor and their guest.
- All other details are provided after registration, in your confirmation email within 1–2 weeks.
Your travel
Flights to Florence
- Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to Florence.
- You may arrive at and depart from Florence Peretola Airport (FLR). Plan to arrive in Florence on Monday and depart the following Saturday.
- Flights must be booked before you register — the form asks for your arrival and departure details, and your guest’s.
- Planning to arrive or leave on different dates, or otherwise deviate from the agenda? Let us know so we can adjust your reservations.
Guests & rooms
Bringing a guest
- Invited doctors are welcome to bring one guest — a spouse or business partner.
- An additional hotel room can be requested for $3,500, paid on the registration form.

- The trip is invitation-based. Invited doctors have been sent a registration code to enter after choosing their week.
- Have your code and flight details ready — registration takes five short steps.
