About Dr. Robert Talac

Dr. Robert Talac is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon and regenerative orthopedic and spine specialist. He combines advanced procedural experience with regenerative approaches that use natural biomaterials, including PRF and exosome-based strategies, to support tissue healing and patient outcomes.

Dr. Talac completed a spine surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic and an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California, San Diego. He holds an MD and a PhD in biophysics, and leads Renaxis Regenerative Orthopedic Center in The Woodlands, Texas.

His clinical and research background spans regenerative care, tissue engineering, minimally invasive surgery, and biologic healing.

About Dr. Ana Cristina Pereira

Dr. Ana Cristina Pereira is a facial surgeon with advanced education in facial aesthetics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, clinical pathology, and clinical medicine. She is a specialist in facial harmonization and an educator in regenerative facial aesthetics, PRF, fillers, and laser-based treatments.

She founded Instituto Ana Pereira, where she provides treatments and professional education in regenerative facial aesthetics. With more than a decade of experience using platelet concentrates, Dr. Pereira brings a biologically driven approach to facial rejuvenation and regenerative treatment planning.
