Maintenance
Ensure optimal performance and safety
DEKA laser machines receive an annual maintenance check. This proactive approach helps maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical performance.
Annual regular maintenance includes
- Power Evaluation: determines the life of the laser medium source by performing power tests and checking internal logs.
- Calibration: ensuring the accuracy of the internal power meter of your laser, thereby verifying that it is emitting the power it indicates.
- Beam Alignment: performing precise alignment for both the aiming beam and the cutting beam by adjusting the mirrors within the articulating arm and the system itself.
- Coolant Top-Off: verifying that the coolant levels of your system are optimal and identifying any potential leaks.
- Electrical Safety Testing: conducting a thorough safety check of all electrical components.
- Component Replacement (if applicable): depending on the product, some components require annual replacement — such as deionizing cartridges and CMOS batteries.
